Prior to the session, the client must complete the required forms and provide a current digital photo to aid the practitioner in the distance connection. This approximately 30 minute session includes an email or Zoom conversation with the animal’s caretaker about expectations from the session and what you would like to see improved in the animal’s body, mind and life. During this communication, any questions the client caretaker may have will be answered. Technology use is then ended and a comfortable environment is chosen, often the caretaker will choose to hold or be near the animal. The Reiki energy application will last for approximately 20 minutes. Following the energy portion, the client caretaker will receive a follow up email with the practitioner’s feedback and requesting any client feedback and session impressions. The practitioner will answer any questions the client may have from the session via this email.
